Bolzano/Bozen Alti Profili, the executive search division of Umana Group specialized in middle management recruitment for both the Italian and international markets, is recruiting on behalf of an international company developing advanced digital solutions for the industrial sector, a: Key responsibilities:In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:Lead (agile) software development projects for mobile machinery;Manage project operations, coordinating with team members, development partners and suppliers;Project planning and control in accordance with business processes,
including ongoing project reporting;Risk management in project planning and implementation;Face to the customer in the project implementation phase;Steering technical discussions and making decisions.Personal and professional qualities:Strong technical background and proven experience in managing highly complex technical projects, preferably gained in environments involving the development or integration of embedded technologies or in comparable technical contexts;Previous experience in the automotive or off-highway sector, particularly in the area of functional safety, is preferred;The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, values, and processes and/or proven experience in the role of Product Owner;Good command of the English language and good working autonomy in German.Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, leadership, and a structured, goal-oriented working approach complete the profile.RAL: up to 90,000, with meal vouchers, employee benefits, flexible working hours and smartworkingLocation: Province of Bolzano (BZ)Operiamo nel rispetto delle diversità e con impegno nel favorire equità e
