We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead complex data centre construction projects in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class international contractor, delivering major projects across data centres, semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, managing large-scale budgets, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to complete mission-critical projects on time and to the highest standards.Please note: An EU Passport is required for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projectsManage budgets, schedules,



and quality standards across all project phasesEnsure full compliance with EHS regulations and internal proceduresCoordinate and oversee external contractors, suppliers, and partnersAct as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and building relationshipsProduce and present progress and performance reportsConduct regular project reviews and resolve issues proactivelyInspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectivesCandidate ProfileEU Passport Holder (essential)Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline10+ years of project management experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projectsStrong knowledge of CSA, Mechanical, and Electrical systemsTrack record of delivering projects in data centres, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or life sciencesFluent in Italian and English (written & spoken)Excellent leadership, communication, and
