For an international R&D-driven; pharmaceutical company headquartered in Milan we are looking for a Procurement Specialist.

The candidate - under the direction and supervision of the Procurement & Artwork Manager - will ensure the following activities:

Entering supplier and production orders in the management system

Order processing, invoicing and management of slippages and related issues

Monitoring of order deliveries and management of slippages

Procurement of APIs/components

Distribution of logistics documentation to CS and batch release documentation to QA

Creation and maintenance of the bill of materials





Movement of warehouses in SAP and management of goods transfers (finished product, API and components) from suppliers

Checking supplier invoices

Extracting supplier KPIs from the system and processing them

Processing of supplier reports

Archiving and retention of orders and relevant documentation xrdbqlu

Requirements:

~ Business-level fluency in English

~ Preferred background from multinational company, CMOs or complex pharma company

~5+ years of experience in the role

~ Negotiation skills

~ SAP knowledge

~ Problem-solving and proactivity

~ Pacchetto retributivo previsto: 45. Euro
