As an Asset Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliant and effective operation of renewable energy assets, with a primary focus on projects in the operational phase.




You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support technical, commercial, and financial processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
The role involves monitoring operational activities and overseeing activities, as well as managing interactions with third parties such as O&M; providers, to ensure that assets operate safely and perform at optimal efficiency.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities and Authorities
Maintain and regularly update the permits tracker, obligations register, and complete document archive for each asset, ensuring full regulatory and contractual compliance.
Support the governance of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), coordinating with local communities, landowners, and public authorities. This includes corporate secretarial support where required and coordination with project partn
