Sataya Collection Malta is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to shape a private members’ club bar from scratch, leading its pre-opening, launch and ongoing operation with a focus on theatre, guest experience and financial performance.
You’ll design the cocktail programme, recruit and train the team, manage stock, costs and supplier relations, and build a warm, premium member experience in a new venue backed by a growing hospitality group.
