Within the Group Capital Steering (GCS) unit we are looking for a committed and proactive resource to join the team, supporting the Capital Plan and Actual Solvency Analysis activities.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Analyse the Group Own Funds development on actual closings and its projection for Capital Plan purposes, defining the methodology and implementing the supporting tools;Contribute, alongside with senior team members, to the related production of the Solvency Ratio roll-forward disclosure (internal, external and regulatory) for both actual closings and Group Capital Plan purposes, as well as to the Capital generation ongoing monitoring;Support quantitative and qualitative analysis on capital development of the Group and related KPIs, as well as on strategic initiatives (e.g. Qualifiche, competenze e l'esperienza necessaria per questo ruolo sono disponibili nella descrizione completa riportata di seguito. M&As;).Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Master's Degree in Actuarial, Economics,



Finance or alike disciplines with a strong quantitative focus;At least 2-3 years of work experience in finance, risk management or actuarial;Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail;Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);Knowledge of Tagetik platform and /or AI supporting tools is considered a plus;Understanding of cross-functional topics (actuarial, accounting and financial) or strong willingness to learn;Fluency in English (written and spoken);Previous experience abroad (study and/or work) is preferred. xrdztoy Soft Skills:Good communication and stakeholder‐management capabilities;Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions;Adaptability, curiosity and continuous‐learning orientation;Team player with a collaborative attitude and ability to carry out tasks independently under pressure during peak phases.
