Job Title: Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator
Location: Rome, Italy
Salary: €40,000- €50,000 gross per year
Start date: September 2026
We are collaborating with a distinguished educational institution to find a dynamic and proactive Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator .This individual will have a strong history of cultivating institutional and client relationships, as well as establishing partnerships with diplomatic missions, non-governmental organizations, corporate entities, and relocation services.Starting in 2026, this position offers a unique chance to develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy at both national and international levels for a high-caliber international educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research relevant organizations and networks within the school community, including relocation services, corporate partners, diplomatic missions, and international bodies
Initiate contact with potential partners and sustain continuous communication
Gain deep insight into partner communities and their specific needs




Keep precise records of all communications and follow-up actions
Collaborate with the Admissions team to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions process
Sustain consistent and professional dialogue with inquiring families
Facilitate communication with newly accepted families before school opening
Manage post-event and post-meeting follow-up activities
Ensure families receive prompt and accurate information
Organize various events for prospective families and partners, including:
Intimate information sessions
Community networking events
Formal partner dinners and professional gatherings
Oversee invitation management, attendance records, and post-event communication
Ensure seamless execution of events and visits
Produce admissions newsletters, invitations, and updates
Assist in creating presentations, informational materials, and event collateral
Support marketing activities and communications as n
