Job Description Purpose of Role To plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, while implementing the school curriculum in alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and values. - Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
- Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies.
- Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
- Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.

Teaching Staff Management
- Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
- Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training.
- Lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork.
- Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.

Student Monitoring
- Oversee students
