Programme Structure Months 1-4 | Discover the Business & Master the Foundations: You'll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO: our stores. Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world‑class.

Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership: As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.
