OffertaDrive performance across assigned production lines, ensuring achievement of Safety, Quality, Service Level, OEE, Productivity and Waste Reduction targets.Lead daily Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence activities to improve manufacturing performance.Monitor and optimize key production KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, efficiency and line reliability.Ensure the effective implementation of operational and maintenance standards, including CIL, Centerlining, RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
and Defect Handling.Partner with Process Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve production issues.Facilitate daily and weekly performance reviews, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Act as a technical reference point for operators, supporting troubleshooting and process optimization initiatives.Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and skills development programs.Promote a culture of Safety, Manufacturing Excellence, Accountability and High Performance across the production environment.
Competenze ed esperienza A successful Production Supervisor should have:Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.2+ years of experience as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Plant Engineer, Production Engineer or similar roles within FMCG or complex manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufac
