The purpose of this role is to provide specialist legal advice and negotiation value essentially for domestic and non-domestic commercial activities, deploying legal Terms & Conditions, in participating and contributing with a self-driven approach to multifunctional/multijurisdictional teams.This role includes a wide capacity in executing the legal strategy when supporting its internal Senior Legal responsible and when interfacing the various internal client; providing legal advice for legal matters arising out. Advising its internal Senior Legal responsible and internal client on Company guidelines,



policies and procedures in order to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance; identifying critical issues and supporting its Senior Legal Responsible on major and high-risk exposure projects.The ideal candidate is a high reliable and trustworthy professional capable of exercising sound judgment, maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive legal and corporate information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Advise on commercial T&Cs; in negotiations mainly, but not exclusively, with domestic and non-domestic customers and partners, based in EU and abroad out of EU perimeter, with a specific focus on sale agreements, NDA, MOU, LOI, Collaboration Agreements, Intellectual Property agreements, partnering agreements, etc.;- Act as legal support relating to Procurement, Programs, CTO and SBD functions, on follow up and support phase, after contract signatur
