Reporting to theArea Manager, you’ll help lead day‑to‑day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer‑focused service and operational excellence.

In this Role, You’ll Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Oversee day‑to‑day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L; outcomes
Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes
You’re Likely a Match If You Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings
