Join our Environment and Health Department as our new EHS consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Senior EHS Consultant, you will support the delivery of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Due Diligence and Compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients across a variety of industrial sectors.

You will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess EHS risks and liabilities, conduct compliance reviews and audits, and support transaction-related advisory services throughout the M&A; lifecycle.The role requires a strong understanding of both environmental and occupational health & safety regulations, together with the ability to identify material EHS risks, evaluate compliance status,



and communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome or Milan office in line with our flexible working policy.Your key responsibilities will be:Conduct Environmental, Health & Safety Due Diligence assessments in support of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and financing transactions.Perform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across a wide range of industrial and commercial facilities.Review environmental permitting, regulatory compliance obligations, and management systems.Evaluate occupational health & safety programs, risk assessments, contractor management processes, and related documentation.Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals and client deliverables in Italian and English.Support business development activities, proposal preparation and client relationship management.
