Accountant/Finance Manager – Italy Services Department

Location: Milan, Italy

Reports to: Europe Regional Finance Director

Salary: €50,000–60,000

Purpose

The Finance Manager will have full ownership of the Italy Services entity (c.15 employees), leading all financial, payroll, and statutory activities. This is a hands‑on role combining financial control, accounting, payroll coordination, and business partnering within a small, standalone entity environment.

Responsibilities
Financial Control & Accounting Maintain full ownership of the general ledger and accounting records; record and analyse salaries, including payroll postings and reconciliations; manage fixed assets (capitalisation, movements, and monthly depreciation); record purchase invoices, staff expenses, and ensure compliance with deductibility rules; prepare and post accruals and deferrals (G&A; and other costs); manage
