Purpose of the PositionAs Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, building and operating scalable, high-quality systems within our award‑winning marketing platform.

You actively mentor others and contribute to raising the overall engineering bar.The TeamYou will be joining our Tracking tribe, a cross functional team at the core of the business, responsible for building and evolving Awin’s tracking platform, the backbone of our affiliate marketing network. Tracking is critical to how Awin operates: it ensures accurate attribution, reliable reporting, and partner trust across advertisers and publishers.
Key tasks and responsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery and operation of features and services.Design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.Collaborate with Product Managers to turn business needs into technical solutions.Champion engineering quality through testing, code reviews, tooling, and best practices.Troubleshoot complex production issues and support system resilience.Improve team processes across planning, delivery, and retrospectives.Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams across the organisation.
