International Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy field

~3+ years experience in Investment or Financing in Renewable Energy field

International Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy based in Rome

Evaluation of potential investments and divestments, including:

Development and management of financial models;

Support & create analysis for live/pipeline transactions (operational and development projects);

Assist in managing and reviewing due diligence, including the management of financial, legal, and technical advisors;

Assist in the writing of Investment Committee and Board papers;

Support in the supervision and monitoring of existing investments working closely with the finance and technical teams;

Other analytical, research and modelling support for the team, including competitor analysis and market reviews;

Semi-annual valuations of fund portfolios, along with review of fund valuation models;

Support and delivery of internal initiatives;

Performance analysis of investments to comply with regular reporting obligations.





As a member of a small team of executives you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the business which may include from time to time: presenting to Partners or Board meetings; providing support in investment preparation; supporting investor communications or promotions; supporting financing, compliance and investment activities of the business.

Competenze ed esperienza

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

~+3 year in Investment or Financing

~ Obtained at least a 2:1 Bachelors 's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering

~ Renewable Energy focused background

~ Economics or Business related experience

~ Financial & Analytical ability

~ Knowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modelling

~ Fluent in English and Italian level, Spanish will be considered an advantage

Perm Contract

Flexibility, SW: 2 days/wee
