Missions

The Director of Sales is responsible for setting and achieving planned strategic objectives for sales via the development and implementation of effective rates and sales strategies.

Profile

The role develops and implements the hotel’s strategic sales action plan and budget, managing all departmental sales activities to achieve measurable commercial goals while working closely with the Revenue Manager to support an effective rate strategy. Oversees Sales promotions and budget control, actively selling all aspects of the hotel and ensuring annual room sales budgets and commercial plans become operational documents.
