You will lead hands-on process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting studies, converting raw data into scientific recommendations. Acting as a technical authority, you will support commercial success through direct customer consultations, strategic partnerships, training programs, and thought leadership activities (webinars, conferences) in collaboration with internal R&D; and marketing teamsKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary SME in Downstream Processing and Single Use Technologies, providing expert guidance on both batch and integrated bioprocesses. Design and execute hands-on process development, scale-up, and implementation activities following self-developed protocols.Process and analyze raw data Lead scale-down studies to support troubleshooting,



root cause investigations, and process optimization.Work closely with clients' technical teams, delivering consultative and hands-on guidance. Engage in and deliver thought leadership activities, including industry conference presentations, seminars, customer trainings, and webinars. Deliver training programs to both internal and external customers.Collaborate effectively with internal commercial, R&D;, and marketing teams to address customer needs, factor in commercial success expectations, and drive continuous improvement of team capabilities.Who You AreYou have an Italian work permit / live in ItalyMaster degree or Ph.In Biochemical Engineering or Life SciencesExperience in customer-facing technical roles or scientific consulting.Familiarity with scientific modeling tools applied to bioprocess optimization.5-10 years of experience in delivering technical presentations at industry conferences
