Sales Manager – Northern Italy (Milan)
Are you a results‑driven sales professional with a passion for developing new business and building long‑term customer relationships? Join Sibelco as Sales Manager and help drive our growth across Northern Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by expanding our customer base, developing new applications for our products, and strengthening relationships with existing customers across the construction and industrial sectors. Working closely with Technical Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Commercial Leadership, you will combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on commercial approach to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and position Sibelco's global portfolio of industrial minerals and specialty materials as the preferred solution for our customers.
Drive profitable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities while expanding and developing existing customer relationships across Northern Italy.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors,
and emerging applications to grow Sibelco's market presence.
Manage commercial negotiations, pricing, and sales activities to achieve revenue, volume, and gross margin objectives in line with business strategy.
Build strong partnerships with Technical Sales and internal stakeholders to commercialize new products and deliver value‑added solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, visit reports, and market intelligence to support effective planning and business decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial products, ideally minerals, chemicals, construction materials, or similar technical industries.
A proven hunter mentality, with a track record of generating new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
