The job
This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.



Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE‑XAO/ETAPCAD‑CAE software solutions. If you enjoy working closely with people, delivering high‑quality training, and being part of a dynamic technical environment, this role is an excellent fit.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions on IGE‑XAO/ETAPelectrical CAD‑CAE software to customers and partners.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
- Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
- Assist in pre‑sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
Essential requirements
- Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
- Experience with CAD/CAE tool
