Your seat to fill
In the regional marketing team you are the product expert and brand ambassador in the product categories of Strollers, Home and Carriers in terms of product and market know-how
Plan effectively visits to retailers’ stores in your area, considering business opportunities and product launches, aligned with Sales and Marketing team goals.
Position based in Vicenza, in CYBEX Italian office. 70% of time travel to visit customers from North to South Italy, 30% of time work from the office in Vicenza
During customers visits deliver structured product, sales, and technical training to retail teams, improving staff knowledge, confidence, and conversion rates on sales
Preparation of marketing material for the sales force/retailers to secure product knowledge
Plan and implement strong retail activations for your assigned product category. Pro-actively drive sell-out growth through structured in-store activations, events and technical selling support. Maintain a strong retail presence in key stores, including availability for 2 Saturdays per month, to support sales and customer experience (working Saturday recovered with an additional day off the week after)
Be the main point of reference for retailer social media activities: organize, plan, record, and personally feature in social media content for retailers. Ensure that content is published according to schedule and that retailers consistently execute social media plans for your product c
