Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK) in the Theater Network Operations Security Center (TNOSC) of NAVAL COMP TELCOM STATION NAPLES Italy. This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
Duties
You will manage the Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) Network and Server Management (NASM) Division, server farms, network infrastructure components and remote connection service on a daily basis.
You will collect, maintain, prioritize and submit Naples ONE-Net requirements.
You will ensure compliance with information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of services throughout the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Naples area of responsibility.
You will make recommendations and advise the Theater Network Operations Security Center Director and Technical Director on matters pertaining to IT plans, programs, studies, policies and procedures.
You will provide technical oversight; develops performance plans,



evaluates work performance of subordinates, and provides recommended ratings of record.
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
