Alignerr is seeking AI Red Team Testers to probe, challenge, and stress-test AI systems, uncovering weaknesses before they harm users. This role is remote, hourly, and suited for bold thinkers who enjoy puzzles and experimental thinking.
You will design prompts and scenarios to reveal unsafe or biased outputs, document failure modes with reproducible steps, assess severity, and collaborate asynchronously with safety and research teams to prioritize fixes and improve AI safety at scale.
