On‑site, based in Vado Ligure (Italy).

Drive execution: partner with Operations, Maintenance and other functions to implement HSSE initiatives; bridge business needs with practical, sustainable HSSE solutions.

Lead continuous improvement: support incident analysis (injuries, near misses, accidents), identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and promote a Kaizen/lessons‑learned mindset; Coordinate projects: support cross‑functional HSSE projects and group initiatives; Be present in the field: conduct Gemba walks and behavioral observations; support HSSE campaigns and cultural initiatives.

Degree in Engineering or related field.

~5+ years of HSSE experience, ideally in operational environments.





~ Experience with data analysis, KPIs and continuous improvement.

~ Fluent Italian and professional English.
