Activités As a Contract Engineer,
you will manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company standards. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define strategies, negotiate terms, and oversee supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities Contract Strategy & Management: Develop and validate contract strategies, adapt templates to local conditions, and provide guidance on contractual matters.
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial and technical terms, ensuring compliance with HSE, legal, and company standards.
Maintain supplier and contract databases, monitor ongoing contracts, manage claims, amendments, and renewals.
Tendering & Market Analysis: Conduct market studies, pre-qualify bidders, define evaluation criteria, and manage invitations to bid.
Perform bid analysis (technical and commercial) and participate in award recommendations.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with DUET and TGP
