Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Real‑Estate Business Development Controller to join our Controlling team at Technogym Village in Cesena. Reporting to the Head of Controlling, you will provide dedicated financial oversight on Technogym's major real‑estate and development projects — and support business development. This is not a routine role: you will govern the economic sustainability of complex, long‑horizon investments that will define the company's strategic positioning. You will be a key financial guardian for the initiatives shaping Technogym's future.
