Sungrow Europe is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Milan to join our regional IT team.

You will deliver hybrid Level 1/2 support for end-users in Italy and across Southern Europe, ensuring smooth operations and secure access to Microsoft 365 and company devices.
Work with ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, support Intune management, and help enforce Defender security policies.
