Strategic Account Executive at elevenlabs. About the role ElevenLabs is seeking a high-performing sales leader to expand our footprint within the largest enterprises in Italy. You will serve as a primary advisor to C-suite executives, helping them integrate our conversational AI and voice agent platforms into their core business operations. What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Italian market, specifically targeting Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities where our conversational AI and ElevenAgents platform can improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact to contract, building business cases that demonstrate clear ROI for senior leadership.
- Navigate intricate procurement and legal frameworks typical of large Italian organizations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, FDEs,



and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term account growth.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on the evolving landscape of generative AI, voice interfaces, and virtual agents.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quota-carrying strategic sales within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in closing long, complex deals involving business, legal, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
- Established professional network within the Italian enterprise market, including existing relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to product and engineering leadership.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Italian and strong English language skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you must build processes and iterate rapidly.
