The Role: Digital Performance Marketing Specialist
At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Performance Marketing Specialist who can join our Digital Team at Stone Island HQ in Milan.
The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the growth of Stone Island's e-commerce business through the development and optimization of performance-driven digital marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead,
the E-commerce team and external agency partners, this person contributes to the execution of lower-funnel marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate channels, with the objective of maximizing ROI, driving qualified traffic and increasing conversion.
This role combines strong analytical capabilities with a results-oriented mindset, requiring the ability to transform data into actionable insights and business opportunities.
Activities
Support the planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
Collaborate closely with external media agencies on Paid Media and SEO initiatives, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to maximize results.
