Decisions made by the Senior Manager of Project Controls should be guided by internal policies, best practices, budgets, and the business plan.

ResponsibilitiesKey Task and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Project Controls activities throughout the EPFCI project lifecycle
- Must have a thorough understanding of the contract requirements of the project they are assigned to
- Provide planning supervision and direction
- Directly work with the Project Manager/Director to provide visibility into the project schedule, its status, forecast completion dates, and provide alternatives in cases where mitigation is required
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost control strategie
