ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Sales Specialist
LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan) - 3 days/week
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed term of a year to start with
SALARY RANGE: 25-28K
What you'll do
Be the first point of contact for our WeRoaders, managing inbound and outbound sales interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and more).
Hunt and convert leads with a proactive and goal-oriented approach, always looking for new opportunities to engage potential travelers.




Guide our customers through their decision-making process, understanding their needs and matching them with the perfect WeRoad experience.
Work closely with the Sales Team Leader to execute and continuously improve our sales strategy and practices.
Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline, keeping track of all customer interactions and ensuring an organized process.
Act as the voice of WeRoad: represent our brand values, handle objections, and provide support when needed to guarantee a positive customer experience.
What we’re looking for
1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2C, with both inbound and outbound activities.
A strong commercial drive: you love hitting (and beating) ambitious sales targets.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Fluency in Italian (native or equivalent) and good knowledge of English (written and
