The Role
At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services,



you'll join a high-performing team providing expert technical support to both internal and external users.

From diagnosing complex hardware and software issues to handling installations, training, and IMAC activities, you'll be the go-to problem solver who ensures smooth operations and exceeds customer expectations.

You'll also be hands-on with building, migrating, deploying, updating, and maintaining complex solutions based on RedHat OpenShift and IBM AIX.

You'll tackle escalated cases, identify bugs and design flaws, and collaborate across teams to drive fast, effective resolutions.
