Project: Hyperscale Data Centre New Build
Our client is a leading international main contractor delivering hyperscale and mission-critical data centre projects across Europe. They are seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a flagship data centre development in Milan.
The role covers full commercial management of CSA packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with project leadership, site teams, design managers and client representatives to ensure robust cost control,



contract compliance and strong commercial performance.
You will be responsible for managing valuations, variations, procurement support and subcontractor accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and effective commercial management across all civil, structural and architectural scopes within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment.
Working closely with engineering, planning and delivery teams, you will ensure scope alignment, cost certainty and commercial risk is actively managed in line with programme and client requirements.Key Responsibilities
