Main PurposeAs Director of Sales & Marketing you will lead the sales strategy of the property, balancing revenue growth through account management,
brand positioning and market presence. Working in close collaboration with the Proactive teams to support each step of the ‘enquiry life cycle’ when and if required.
Reports to: General Manager and in dotted line to the Area Director of Sales, North Italy
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of the hotel through key account management and account development.
- Cultivate, maintain and leverage strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts and industry partners to support long-term business development.
- Responsible for selling and negotiating on the phone and email.
- Overall responsibility for the sales processes within the ‘Enquiry Life Cycle’, from the initial lead to handing over to the Event Services Team including the post event follow up.
- Monitor hotel performance and propose corrective actions when needed, in collaboration with
