What you'll do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities specifically tailored for the European market.
- Work closely with Account Executives throughout Europe to identify, prioritize, and engage with key strategic accounts.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Flexport's services through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Observe and learn from Account Executives during client meetings to enhance your consultative sales capabilities.
- Engage in comprehensive internal training programs aimed at equipping you for future positions such as Account Executive or Account Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system to ensure follow-up and tracking of leads.




- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our sales approach and improve service offerings.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Flexport and expand your professional network.
- Provide feedback to product and service teams based on customer interactions to help shape future offerings.
- Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career trajectory within the company.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a commercial or sales role is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
