Job Description
With the aim of strengthening the Formulation Development team, we are recruiting a
Formulation Development Coordinator & Project Leader
In this role,
you will be responsible for coordinating the formulation and development of semi-solid and liquid preparations, and for leading project teams for cosmetics and food supplements.
Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise the design and development of formulations and laboratory-scale processes for semi-solid preparations for topical applications and liquid preparations for ophthalmic or injectable use, including medicinal products, leading a team including at least one formulation scientist.
* Act as the primary technical point of reference for formulation development activities, ensuring scientific and technical consistency and quality.
* Coordinate and supervise the design, formulation testing and evaluation of preliminary stability data to finalize the final composition, in collaboration with Formulation development experts and Discovery department.
* Supervise the technology transfer of production processes from laboratory to pilot scale.
