To strengthen our Consumer, Retail & Fashion sector in Italy, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and support strategic development initiatives at national level.Role PurposeThe role will take full responsibility for business development activities within the Consumer/Retail/Fashion segment.

Build and manage a qualified business pipeline;Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities;Prepare commercial offers, manage customer presentations and negotiations.Manage all stages of the sales cycle:



customer meetings, internal alignment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and handover to implementation teams.Support business units with existing customers and contract renewals when needed.Support the BD Italy Director and the Strategy & Marketing Director in defining and rolling out the sector strategy for Consumer/Retail/Fashion at national level in coordination with European Region.Conduct competitor and market intelligence for B2B, B2C, and eCommerce models.Monitor KPIs and ensure target achievementLead and develop a team of 3 direct reports.Required Experience & SkillsUniversity Degree in Economics or EngineeringSignificant experience in Business Development and SalesStrong expertise within Consumer / Retail / Fashion sectorsKnowledge of warehouse operations, transport, and logistics solutionsEnglish: advanced / upper intermediateStrong commitment to understanding and anticipating customer nee
