Civil)Nurturing and developing professional relationships with clientsPreparing technical and economic proposals for private tendersMonitoring public tenders and managing potential participation processesParticipating in all project phases, overseeing technical, legal, economic, and financial aspectsActive involvement in administrative and permitting proceduresProducing necessary documentation (drawings, reports, specifications, and various forms) across all project stages, from concept to detailed construction designActively contributing to internal planning and the strategic development of RBA within both the Italian and international marketsCandidate ProfileMaster’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualificationMinimum of 7 years of post-graduate professional experienceStrong design, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in Revit and BIM methodologyIn-depth knowledge of Italian building regulations and permitting procedureAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong motivation, personal
