Quince is seeking a highly experienced Cashmere Material Quality Lead to ensure the highest standards from raw fiber to finished goods. You will lead a QA/QC team and run a testing center with protocols for fiber fineness, length, color consistency, strength, pilling and dye fastness, driving preventive quality measures across the supply chain.
