Responsibilities
Key resposibilities:
Identifying HR priorities from departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Supporting the business in the workforce planning and organizational design through quantitative analysis of headcount, capability needs and future talent requirements.
Partnering with business leaders in the management and monitoring of HR-related budgets and people costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets and supporting sustainable organizational growth.
Leading and delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations and performance management.
