Functional Administrative & Management Support Analyst Location: Naples, Italy (Travel throughout Italy and Bahrain as required)
Travel: International travel required; company-paid travel and lodging for authorized work assignments

Education & Experience U.S. Citizen required
Valid driver's license required
Associate's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative, program management, or project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Experience using data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing project lifecycles and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of business operations, resource allocation, workforce planning, and strategic planning principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Position Overview Futron is seeking a Functional Administrative & Management Support Analyst to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT's Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate. This position provides program management, administrative, and operational support for complex military construction and facilities programs. The successful candidate will assist with project execution, workload management, resource planning, financial tracking, reporting, and coordination between project teams and government stakeholders to ensure efficient and successful program delivery.
