Among the European leaders in Wealth and Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a resource to join a team specialized in Wealth Management/Private Banking. The successful candidate will support project managers on consulting projects for leading financial intermediaries.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS: As a Junior Consultant , you will play a comprehensive role at the intersection of consulting, business design and digitalization:
Support project governance and PMO activities , contributing to the planning, monitoring and coordination of project streams.
Prepare and deliver presentations , documentation and analysis to support decision-making and client engagement.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to design innovative solutions that enhance clients’ business models and support the strategic growth of their Wealth Management services.
Contribute to Wealth Management processes, supporting their effectiveness and alignment with business and digital initiatives.
Be part of the evolution of digital solutions, helping translate business needs into innovative improvements for Wealth Management services.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in Economics / Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
Strong interest in the Wealth Management and financial services sector, with passion for technology and its applications in finance.
Previous experience (even short) in consulting firms, banks, asset/wealth management or insuranc
