For our HQ in Genoa , we are looking for a Fare Distribution & Revenue Management Systems Analyst . You will contribute to the evolution of Costa's pricing and distribution ecosystem across multiple markets and channels. In this role, you will combine analytical thinking, technological curiosity, and a passion for innovation to enhance the tools and systems that support our commercial operations. Working closely with Revenue Management, Pricing, and Technology teams, you will help shape new capabilities, drive process automation, and explore emerging technologies.

Pricing & Distribution Systems Evolution You will contribute to the enhancement of pricing distribution platforms, supporting the design, implementation, and evolution of tools that enable efficient commercial operations across multiple markets and channels. You will help ensure that systems continue being response to business needs and future opportunities.
Advanced Analytics, Automation & Process Innovation You will leverage data, analytics, and automation to identify improvement opportunities and support the development of more efficient processes and capabilities. Through ad hoc analyses and continuous exploration of innovative solutions, you will contribute to the optimization of pricing and distribution workflows.
