the Industrial Security Manager serves as the primary point of reference for all Security-related matters within Industrial Operations, partnering with site management and key business functions to foster a security culture, prevent losses and ensure business continuity.Job DescriptionSecurity Strategy & GovernanceImplement Gucci's Industrial Security and Anti-Fraud strategy across the industrial perimeter and related supply chain, ensuring alignment with Group global standards.Ensure the adoption and compliance with company Security policies, procedures, and guidelines.Monitor key Security and loss prevention KPIs, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.Provide regular updates, risk analyses, and recommendations to the Global Security Director and company management.Risk Management & AntifraudIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks related to physical security, asset protection, fraud, and internal and ex
