Step into a pivotal HR leadership role where you will shape the people agenda of three locations (Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano, Opera) in Italy for a global organization. This is your opportunity to influence senior leadership, drive meaningful cultural change, and make a lasting impact on both people and performance.As HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, while also serving as the key link to the EMEA HR leadership team and global HR Centers of Excellence. You will lead a stable and engaged HR team supporting a workforce of 280+ employees, ensuring both operational excellence and the development of a forward-looking people strategy.
