offering solutions from laboratory systems to heavy-duty industrial machines.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and performance optimization Analyze critical incidents and identify root causes to improve machine reliability Translate machine and process expertise into scalable digital solutions (monitoring concepts, diagnostic logic, data-driven features) Contribute to digital product improvement through data-driven insights Collaborate with service engineers, product teams, and data specialists Develop best practices (troubleshooting, diagnostics, knowledge base) to scale expertise Support internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance Your Profile / QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or similarSeveral years of hands-on experience in industrial service, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance of
