DescriptionThe opportunityAre you passionate about Real Estate operations and Data Management? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Business Analyst & Lease Management Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will play a key part in managing our Real Estate portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes.You will work closely with internal Real Estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance our Real Estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data integrity, and support strategic decision-making across the division.How you'll make an impactEnsuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalitiesCollaborating with the Real Estate team to collect dataCoordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstractionConducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction toolReporting bugs and testing fixesRaising POs and verifying invoicesPreparing presentation decks,



analyses, and reports. Creating Teams and SharePoint sitesSupporting the efficient collection, analysis, and reporting of data for sustainability activities and managing time effectivelyCollaborating with Real Estate and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and securityAssisting in any tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the divisionYour backgroundExperience in data management and lease administrationKnowledge of Real Estate in a corporate Real Estate function or Real Estate organizationAbility to understand lease terms, Real Estate portfolio structure and property dataExcellent proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePointAs part of a global business, you will be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from around the worldCreative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutionsAccurate and detail orientedExcellent communication skills
