You will report to Silvia.Gross Annual Salary starting from: 36.500 euroCCNL Credito- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 YearYou will primarily be responsible for:Acting as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters, ensuring efficient incident management and timely escalation of issuesProviding ongoing client support, following up on all questions or issues until resolution, and keeping clients regularly informed, especially when in-depth analysis is requiredEnsuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthening the quality framework to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectivesDriving continuous improvement of processes and practices, identifying opportunities that provide long-term value and minimise operational risksContributing to operational enhancement projects,
