We need someone in Italy to take over the day-to-day management of our on-chain positions.
The Private Office of H.H Sheikh Ahmed Bin Faisal Al Qassimi has operated out of Dubai since 2010. We facilitate strategic investments in real estate, technology, and digital assets, and we work with government entities and international partners. We are not a startup. Our direct digital asset exposure is growing, and we need a person who can manage capital on-chain without being supervised on every decision.
What the role covers:
Direct execution and management of the crypto portfolio across non-custodial wallets, centralized exchanges, and DEXs.
On-chain analysis and position sizing.
Trade execution. Slippage, gas, and timing matter here.
Ongoing risk monitoring.



You work with the investment team, but the daily calls are yours.
What we need from you:
A substantial personal crypto portfolio that you have managed through more than one cycle.
You move between hardware wallets, MetaMask, CEX and DEX without needing instructions.
Real understanding of custody, execution quality, and gas optimization.
Where you studied is not relevant to us. What you have actually done is.
Location: Italy, with periodic travel to Dubai when needed.
Compensation: $240,000 to $310,000 per year, depending on your skill level and track record.
