Your Role:As a Program Manager, you will: Lead software development projects and strategic initiatives supporting the Workflow Information Management (WIM) product roadmap. Own end-to-end program execution, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and successful delivery. Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and quality objectives. Lead a cross-functional team comprising Product Management, R&D;, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Service, and external partners to ensure predictable delivery against program commitments. Facilitate planning, program reviews, milestone, gates, and executive communications. Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate when appropriate to enable timely decision-making.
